Job Description

As a Jr. Account Executive, you are responsible for contacting clients to generate new sales, working on marketing efforts to attract new consumers, and supporting customers after the sale. You will assist the other Account Executives and the Senior Territory Manager with account management functions and up-sells to current clients.

The Jr. Account Executive reports to the Senior Territory Manager.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Develop long-term client relationships
  • Assist with creation, editing, and finalization of marketing materials and advertising
  • Understand and learn the fundamentals of all organizational products
  • Prospect for new clients in person and over the phone, growing client base
  • Follow-up on Cold leads
  • Support the Business Development Representatives in managing territory prospecting lists and contacts
  • Manage client escalations for Senior Territory Manager and Account Executives
  • 25% Travel Required

Qualifications

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Database management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong computer and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work independently; take initiative; and demonstrate team accountability
  • Ability to self-direct in order to handle and prioritize requests
  • Proficient organizational/time management skills and attention to detail
  • Create, build, and maintain relationships and rapport with clients
  • Strong work ethic and ability to execute critical imperatives

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or two (2) years of related experience
  • Less than one (1) year of related experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • One (1) year of relevant experience
  • Experience using a CRM software, such as Salesforce
