CircleCI is looking for an Internal Technical Trainer to support the Revenue team in developing technical content and training materials for customer-facing teams. As the Technical Trainer, you will lead development and execution of technical trainings, and work closely with the Senior Enablement Manager, Product Marketing, and Solutions Engineering to plan for and create new content. You must be personable, self-motivated, and committed to tackling big challenges.

  • Evaluate, measure, collect, and track training effectiveness and performance metrics for purposes of continuous improvement to curriculum; produce executive-level reports in order to accelerate the success of the revenue organization
  • Partner closely with managers and team leads to quickly address knowledge gaps

  • Advanced facilitation skills for both small and large group discussions, across all levels of the organization, and mixed-level audiences
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications, with an eye for design
  • Experience designing and facilitating training curriculum
  • Comfortable with approximately 20%-40% domestic and international travel annually
