Job Summary:        

The Inside Sales Specialist generates qualified leads and sales opportunities for inside and outside sales via Salesforce CRM, Marketing Automation and modern sales and marketing tactics.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • 1-3 years of CRM driven (Salesforce.com desirable) B2B customer selling experience -Must have
  • Exhibit leadership qualities for future opportunities in an expanded department
  • Track record of success with modern sales and marketing approaches – Sales results from scaling communication systems via automated marketing, CRM, social selling, telephone sales and ecommerce
  • Daily Activities:
  • Lead the department’s CRM strategy to drive customer engagement
  • Optimize the Krayden Sales Funnel to drive leads, close opportunities and sales
  • Leverage data to drive customer retention and new customer acquisition
  • Collaborate with customers to solve challenges- Daily phone and email support
  • Work closely with Marketing and Inside Sales to create and execute customer engagement campaigns
  • Partner with the Order Desk/Customer Service to complete/meet the customer needs
  • Deliver exceptional service to customers (External and Internal) via timely/courteous communication
  • Provide thought leadership for the team in CRM optimization, modern sales and marketing
  • Performs other duties as assigned. 
  • Perform duties to AS/ISO and applicable Accounting procedures and regulations.

 

Requirements:

  • High School degree required
  • Minimum 1 year prior telephone or face to face sales experience
  • 1-3 years of CRM (Salesforce.com desirable) selling experience - Hands on experience a must-have
  • Strong PC and computer software experience – Microsoft word, outlook, excel, PowerPoint
  • CRM and marketing automation experience a plus
  • Industry experience a plus
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Exceptional listening and probing skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
