INSIDE SALES SPECIALIST - requires healthcare sales experience

We are looking for a full-time Inside Sales Specialist to support the growth and evolution of myStrength’s Commercial sales team. This role requires prior sales experience to healthcare payers and providers (health plans and hospitals).

WHAT WOULD I BE DOING? 

  • Support the Commercial sales team by generating demos by utilizing Cold-calling, Emailing, Developing lead lists, Culling prospects, Developing, maintaining and monitoring pipeline, Booking demos, Prospect prep and research
  • Deliver clear representation of myStrength product, resources and solutions
  • Assist in setting and maximizing appointments for all sales trips
  • Work with Marketing Communication to outline and maintain sales drip communication and follow-up
  • Own prospect follow-up
  • Update and manage Salesforce pipeline
  • Develop and maintain relationships that produce referral business opportunities
  • Attend industry conferences - working the booth, demonstrating the product and networking

WHAT EXPERIENCE & SKILLS DO I NEED?

  • Minimum BA in Business Administration, or similar degree
  • Minimum 3 years inside sales experience within the healthcare industry  (SaaS, EHR or Care Management)
  • Experience, enthusiasm and energy with cold-calling and email outreach as lead generation tools.  
  • Ability to achieve sales objectives including calls and email outreach/week goals, manage expectations, prioritize needs and stay motivated in a results-oriented, evolving entrepreneurial environment
  • Proven track record of meeting corporate objectives and developing high quality client prospects within all levels of an organization
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and phone skills—with breadth of ability, persistence and confidence to drive new customer engagement, while representing myStrength’s culture and mission
  • Proven sales prospecting utilizing LinkedIn and Salesforce and similar sales database
  • A knack for analyzing the technology needs and gaining an understanding of a prospect’s business and strategic goals as they relate to healthcare products and services
  • Success in supporting remote sales executives
  • Flexible, creative & fun—self-starter with ability to roll with changes in a fast-paced, emerging growth environment and keep a positive attitude

BONUS:

  • Proven sales experience with web-based innovation or SaaS in the health and wellness space
  • Start-up experience

DETAILS:

  • Remote/Out of state based, or work from our Downtown Denver office with great views of the mountains
  • Client interaction is accomplished primarily through calls and digital engagement; however, this position may occasionally require nationwide travel to partners or conferences
