Inside Sales Representative
As the newest addition to our sales team, you will be converting qualified prospects to loyal customers through a product demonstration. We have a proven sales process and are excited to add your talents to our team. You are a results-oriented high performer that has mastered the “one-call close.” Your hunter mentality, perseverance, consultative sales approach and ability to multitask will drive your success. You’ll be:
- Scheduling inbound inquiries for online demonstrations of our product.
- Making outbound calls using our CRM & dialer technology to leads generated by our marketing team.
Using video product demos to convert qualified leads into new customers and blow the doors off your sales goals
Following our sales process and skillfully moving prospects toward the YES
Helping generate add on revenue through training and coaching packages
Maintaining accurate and up to date prospect and sales funnel information
Learning as much as you can about our software, our competitors, and the residential real estate market at large
Excited about expanding your skills beyond Sales and into Marketing, Operations & Strategy. After you've ramped up we need someone that thinks about the business as a whole, passes feedback from his sales calls to Marketing, Customer Success, etc.
You’ll have:
- An undergraduate degree or a combination of education and experience with 1-3 years minimum of SaaS inside sales experience or sales experience in the residential real estate industry.
1 year of SaaS inside sales experience or experience in the residential real estate industry
Demonstrated success in a transactional sales environment with an understanding of an inbound sales funnel – you are the one call closer!
A creative and innovative approach to finding solutions for customer problems
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with attention to detail and impeccable time management
Strong command of the English language – you'll be communicating via phone and video presentations most of the day - listen first, speak second

You’ll enjoy:
Strong base salary, uncapped earning potential & equity. OTE of $85,000 - $110,000.
