We are scaling rapidly and need a self-motivated team player and high energy Inside Sales Representative to provide an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process to increase the number of customers using Homebot.

This is a full-time position based in our Denver, CO office. (Currently, due to COVID-19, we are working remotely and will continue to do so until October 28, 2021. Until then, you can work remotely in another state, but will eventually need to be in the Denver area once we reopen. When we return to office, we will have a hybrid work model in place that will allow employees to split their time between working in-office and from home a few days a week.)
Compensation: We are committed to providing competitive pay and benefits that are in line with industry standards. We analyze and carefully consider several factors when determining compensation, including skills, qualifications and professional experience, which can cause your compensation to vary. This role has an annual targeted base salary range of $50,000.00 - $55,000.00. Commissions Target: $15,000 at quota, with accelerators for over-achievement, plus Homebot equity. What You’ll Be Accountable For:
- Demo, Demo and more Demo!
- Ability to cold call confidently and follow up with prospects
- Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Marketing, Product and other key groups to maximize the effectiveness of the sales organization
- Keep your ears and eyes open for any potential upsell and cross sell opportunities within our prospects and clients
- Energetic attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to get things done
- Attend and represent Homebot at trade shows and events, as needed
Collaboration:
- This role will report to the Manager of Inside Sales
- You will be a part of a growing sales team with many different roles and responsibilities. As such, there will be many opportunities for team collaboration to work towards what's best for our customers.
- The role also works directly with our Customer Support and Success teams. Teamwork!
Experience & Qualifications:
- 1 - 3 years in an inside sales, or applicably similar, role
- Strong communication skills: written and verbal
- Willingness to hustle in a high-volume call/email/webinar environment
Bonus Points:
- You are familiar with real estate and/or mortgage lending and the different stakeholders involved with homeownership
- You have worked for a busy SaaS start-up
- You are familiar with Salesforce and/or other CRMs
