Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to generate new opportunities and meet targets.

We are growing our team our product offering and expanding our verticals. We are in search of a motivated, well-spoken inside sales representative to join our sales team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Conduct B2B sales calls with prospective clients, generating leads for medical equipment sales and state of the art security systems.
  • Educate prospective clients about the company's business solutions and effectively articulate the company's value proposition.
  • Work with our sales team and in-house marketing team to schedule calls and provide continuous feedback on lead quality to improve marketing/targeting activities.
  • Cold-call and generate customer leads.
  • Strategically follow up with potential clients to secure their business.
  • Perform product demonstrations via Zoom to prospective clients.
  • Utilize the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage all leads, clients, and follow-ups.
  • Become an expert on HSS products and services.
  • Continually drive sales goals and expectations.
  • Work with the Director of Sales to develop strategies to maximize new business and monthly recurring revenue.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in either Healthcare, Education, or Commercial sales.
  • Technologically savvy, and experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Working knowledge of the full suite of Microsoft Office products.

*The schedule of paid holidays may vary by location.

Compensation Range: $ 40,000.00 - $50,000.00 with commission

Compensation is determined by factors like training or experience, work history, geographic location, and travel requirements. The Company complies with all state and local wage and hour laws and the minimum pay range will always be at or above the applicable minimum wage.
