Inside Sales Representative at Radius Agent
Radius Agent is the fasting growing mobile network revolutionizing the Real Estate industry. We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Rep to join our team at the Broomfield, CO office. The Inside Sales Rep will be introducing the concierge program to real estate agents via inbound and outbound sales calls.
Qualified candidates will be experienced sales professionals interested in joining a growing, well-funded Real Estate startup. Must be very comfortable on the phone, as you will be on the phone a lot! Ideal candidates will be self starters who love the sales process, and who possess experience and/or interest in the Real Estate industry.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Introduce the concierge program to real estate agents via outbound (70%) and inbound (30%) sales calls.
- Execute high volume activity.
- Communicate program in compelling way such that agents are excited to opt in and be active participants.
- Follow up and track pipeline of “interested leads.
- Meet predefined activity and sales targets.
- Drive network growth by representing company in a polished, professional, and helpful manner.
- Maintain and track metrics through CRM system .
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2-4 Years experience in a fast-paced Insides Sales, Account Management, or Business Development role
- Record of achieving and/or exceeding quotas
- Ability to work autonomously
- Leadership ability; personal goal to grow career in the direction of sales management
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with positive, flexible attitude
- Strong organizational skills
- Located within reasonable commute to/from Broomfield, CO
- Bachelor’s Degree
