Job Description:

Arrow Electronics is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative! The ideal candidate would be very familiar product quoting process, supply chain and forecasting process, Arrow or distribution business experience preferred. This candidate will be empowered to make business decisions within set guidelines to help win business and meet or exceed sales goals directly affecting compensation plan

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage account relationship by providing strategic service and support to assigned customer base
• Manage leads by making outbound calls to determine qualification for sales
• Meet daily and monthly customer contact goals
• Create net new customers and re-engage existing accounts that might be dormant
• Document and manage customer activity in Salesforce
• Achieve monthly incremental sales quotas, using Arrow’s online ordering systems
• Responsible for sales excellence through the development and management of customer strategy in assigned account territory
• Other duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For

• College degree preferred or high school diploma with equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of previous sales experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Salesforce and other and Sales-related software
• Experience in Salesforce preferred
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously
• Proven effective verbal and written communication skills
• Proven track record of strong work ethic and customer service
• Adaptability, resourcefulness, problem solving and superior multi-tasking capabilities
• Effective organizational and time management skills
