As an Account Executive, you have the opportunity to make a difference for our customers, their businesses, and the hard-working workforces they are building and supporting.

As an Account Executive, you will:
- Run product demos via screen-share to understand potential customers' unmet needs and show how Team Engine helps customers solve similar problems.
- Mentor a team of outbound BDRs to generate qualfied meetings.
- Acquire and maintain expert knowledge of Team Engine's rapidly expanding product, our competitors, target markets and use-cases.
- Play a key role building and shaping a fast-growing company by identifying opportunities to improve processes.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date picture of your sales pipeline and record of all activities.
What it takes to be successful:
- Proven, successful B2B software sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Someone who wants to positively impact hard-working businesses AND be part of a winning team
- Experience as an outbound BDR or other outbound prospecting role
- Highly coachable, self-motivated, tenacious and organized
- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor
