If you're a driven and focused inside sales professional with 1-3 years experience seeking an exciting new opportunity, this could be the perfect role for you!  Webroot is seeking a talented and driven inside sales professional to join our team.  As an Inside Sales Representative working at our Broomfield CO HQ, you will play a critical role in developing the company’s outreach with managed services provider (MSP) aggregators and our mutual MSP partners. You will work as part of a fast-paced and dynamic team responsible for executing and looking after our go-to-market strategy between our remote monitoring and management (RMM) aggregator partners and MSPs. The successful candidate must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships, possess superb oral and written communication skills, high level technical aptitude, and demonstrate a comprehensive ability to understand the ‘big picture’ while driving partner-level daily requirements.

 

Activities and Responsibilities

  • Work directly with remote monitoring and management (RMM), professional services automation (PSA) alliance partners, and our mutual MSP partners on all go to market activities. This includes sales prospecting calls, high-level product demonstrations, and varied account management activities.
  • Proficiency at sales level on Webroot SecureAnywhere Business as well as our RMM and PSA integration solutions. Be able to articulate solution value as it pertains to MSP environments.
  • Understand and implement the Webroot sales model to deliver clear and predictable results.
  • Achieve sales targets on a quarterly basis
  • Qualify all leads and pass them to RMM sales contacts
  • Receive and complete demo requests from RMM
  • Call through RMM existing partner base to provide account management. Schedule follow-ups with channel account manager or technical resource as needed to satisfy partner requirements.
  • Work closely with RMM licensing teams as needed to resolve partner usage and licensing concerns.
  • Work autonomously and be able to interpret partner sales and technical needs then work the requirement directly or find the correct resource inside Webroot to address and resolve (i.e. open a ticket with Customer Support, escalate to an SE, involve Sales Operations on a deeper licensing questions, etc.)

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years of related industry experience with a background in inside sales and sales enablement
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in the dynamic atmosphere of a fast-paced security technology organization
  • Results-driven and detail-oriented, proven track record achieving business objectives
  • Thoughtful, precise, and well-crafted written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Business level technical aptitude, able to take on deep product knowledge
  • Ability to think strategically as well as tactically about the bigger needs of the account environment while satisfying ‘street level’ daily needs
  • Ability to work proactively to reach agreed sales targets
  • BA/BS
