As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for marketing our company's products and/or services to prospects via telephone, email or social media networks. You will work to generate prospective customers through cold calling, qualifying and nurturing leads within associated SLA requirements. From there, qualified leads are typically directed to the field and / or sales team for close. SDR’s provide marketing / sales literature to prospective clients while keeping up-to-date with knowledge of the industry as well as competitive posture of the company with goals to enhance awareness in the targeted business community of the company and its products / services. You will also work to prepare activity and demand generation metrics.

Education
Education & Experience:
- 1 to 2 years of experience is preferred.
- A Bachelor of Arts or Sciences Degree; or related field is preferred.
- Experience which demonstrates an ability to understand and communicate technical solutions selling concepts is beneficial.
