We are looking for a motivated, goal oriented, and self-driven sales manager that will ensure consistent, profitable growth through effective planning and management of a Sales Team and through interaction with customers and prospects.  Assist in the development of strategies for achieving success while developing, implement and maintaining effective tactics. Partner with key contacts in supporting departments to develop programs, projects and pricing required to be successful in the assigned segment.  Exceed sales plan while creating/emphasizing /coaching an environment that values Customers First and Colleague Engagement.

• Manages a team of sales reps that manage a base of accounts on a renewal basis
• Manages the team to build pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting
• Drives continuous process improvement to streamline processes
• Works with cross functional teams to ensure collaboration
• Places customer first
• Possesses knowledge of company products and services - able to articulate our value proposition
• Demonstrates the ability to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices
