About the Role
We are looking for high energy, results driven individuals who pride themselves in going above and beyond to help customers get the most out of their investment in the OrthoFi Solution. At the center of this role is a strong desire to build meaningful relationships with customers and act with integrity to support their business needs while also advocating for the company. Additionally, you must have the ability to explain abstract business concepts and use a strong sales acumen to persuasively communicate the OrthoFi Value Proposition at every level of the practice organization. Our team members are extremely self-motivated, collaborative, love a challenge and are able to be successful in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. A positive, creative, can-do attitude is a must!
The Inside Account Manager is responsible for the client relationship, including strategic consultation and account management, and ensuring the practice realizes the value of the OrthoFi solution. They use Key Performance Indicators to partner with Orthodontists to ensure the customer is successfully leveraging the Solution to realize ROI in several value-added service areas. In this role, you are responsible for customer retention and satisfaction by conducting account management activities and services that increase our net promoter score.
*This role is based in Denver, Colorado. This is a hybrid role (working in the office and at home).*
Responsibilities

  • Facilitate information exchange with Doctors/Practice Leaders through pre-implementation discovery and key change management activities to ensure support and understanding of all practice changes
  • Act as an extension of the sales cycle to reinforce understanding of how the Solution will drive value for their practice based on their own vision of "Why" they chose OrthoFi.
  • Quarterly Business Reviews with Doctors/Business Owners/Practice Managers to consistently and proactively showcase the OrthoFi Value Proposition and ensure that the practice is achieving and acknowledging Return on Investment in the form of growth, scale, and/or improved performance in the areas of insurance management and/or patient delinquency management.
  • Understanding and analyzing customer performance metrics trends and using them to inform and coach practices on how to improve their system utilization or processes.
  • Owning and driving solutions with internal teams to resolve service issues in a collaborative, organized way.
  • Collaborating and participating in initiatives to provide Voice of the Customer to internal operations and product teams.
  • Operating as a positive influence and informal leader across the organization to provide insight into the practice experience and bring forward constructive ideas to improve our service.


  • Desired Skills and Experience
  • Self-starter who is comfortable defining aspects of the role as they go and can work and thrive with minimal managerial oversight.
  • Effective problem solver that can work cross-functionally to mitigate issues and minimize escalations.
  • Excellent time management skills required to manage a high volume of smaller customers in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn multi-faceted, complex service or technology systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact in person, by phone, webinar, video or email a must.
  • Excellent work planning, critical thinking and analytical skills required.
  • Track record of building consultative relationships with a high degree of follow-through and integrity.
  • Prior system/process implementation, change management and/or training experience highly desirable.
  • Prior experience leveraging a CRM tool to track and manage customer relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; or equivalent work experience required.
  • Prior business consulting experience preferred.

Compensation: $40,000 - $70,000K
