You:

You are a highly-motivated, goal-driven, self-starter, with a proven track record of sales success! You value improving the lives of small business owners, and have a background of thriving in a competitive sales environment, persevering through adversity, and learning from your experiences. Preferably, a portion of your personal development has come from selling a product in the software or service industry on a phone-based sales team for 1-3 years.

You embrace a consultative, value-based approach, and you’re looking to take your scrappiness, resilience, and sales fundamentals, and apply them in a SaaS sales role within a rapidly growing Financial Technology company.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, initiate, and nurture relationships with sales-ready leads both over the phone and via email
  • Run the entire sales cycle, from discovery to close
  • Manage a sizeable pipeline of SMB prospects
  • Perform product demos using web tools to prospects and customers
  • Hunt and aggressively prospect new business


Experience and Skills:

  • 1-3 years of experience in software or service industry sales
  • History of achievement in the face of adversity
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment
  • Good sales DNA and a hunter mentality
  • Excellent phone presence and strong writing skills
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Salesforce, Zoom, Gong, and Yesware experience is a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 OTE
