About the Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Sales will lead the charge as Arryved expands its North American footprint. You will help align and spearhead sales and customer success teams at the executive level, delivering a world class experience to past, present, and future customers.

Must Haves

  • Background/strong understanding in selling SaaS or technology enabled service solutions to smb and mid-market customers, preferably in the hospitality sector. 
  • Proven ability to scale B2B SaaS companies with a payments integration feature from $5M-$30M+. 
  • Experience and intellectual capability to assist in setting the direction of the company with other senior leaders. 
  • Hands-on manager who is actively involved in sales cycles but can also manage reporting, process and people. 
  • Prior experience leading SMB sales teams and implementing and optimizing high velocity sales strategies throughout the entire funnel (list creation, list nurturing, outbound sales calls, demos, to closing while ensuring customer satisfaction). 
  • Experience with sales tech to optimize the sales funnel (salesforce, tools/processes for generating leads, tools to qualify leads, etc.) 
  • Experience selling a disruptive approach to a market in the early stages of digital transformation. 
  • Proven track record of collaborating with marketing and product leaders to create features and stories that are: true to our brand / ethos, accurate depiction of solution, proven to convert in high-velocity a/b testing and proven to make financial sense 
  • Humble, inspiring, hands-on leader with a deep understanding of the SaaS environment. ● Metrics driven, KPI oriented approach to building and leading a sales organization. 
  • Success as a leader. A history attracting and successfully managing a high performing sales team. 
  • Prior experience in B2C sales, payments and/or marketplaces is a plus. 

Expectations

  • Build a scalable and predictable high velocity closing process with high operational rigor. 
  • Create and execute short and long term metrics driven sales plans, including strategies, goals, quotas, tracking mechanisms and analytics, building a highly metrics driven and predictable revenue flywheel. 
  • Share data and metrics across the revenue organization to develop clear and approachable

goals across teams to work toward effectively and efficiently. 

  • Recruit, build and scale a high performing sales team of A players that can meet short-term revenue goals and scale for long-term success; develop training and talent retention strategies. 
  • Maintain a deep understanding of technical product details and roadmap to win the hearts and minds of buyers. 

 

Details

  • Headquarters in Boulder CO.  We prefer local / hybrid, but are open to applicants anywhere in the US.
  • You will be expected to participate in virtual team meetings daily and occasionally in person.
  • Salary is FTE $160,000-230,000 + bonus + equity options

Location
