Job Duties and Responsibilities
With a passion for motivating people, you will be the narrator of the DISH Wireless story, from the beginning and anchored to the customer. You will build and lead a team of highly motivated, technical marketing and customer experience professionals with a charter to build awareness for how DISH Wireless will change the way people, machines and businesses connect and communicate. Through your messaging, users and partners of DISH Wireless will be empowered to creatively leverage our next generation solutions (5G, edge, cloud...) to make what is unimaginable today, tomorrow's reality. DISH Wireless aims to disrupt the market by empowering business partners, customers and developers with unparalleled capabilities to do their jobs more effectively and to pursue new business opportunities. • Own the customer experience, including end-to-end lifecycle benchmarks/standards for both human interactions and digital-born customer interactions• Drive user engagement outcomes that exceed business expectations• Discover and validate viable and valuable technology driven solutions to customer problems that deliver them inspired and delightful experiences and solutions they will love• Own the sales channel marketing enablement strategy and execution, driving massive adoption of the DISH Wireless Platform across Solutions Partners, Service Integrators, Channel Partners, Mobile Virtual Network Operators, etc.• Build and lead the company's Vertical Marketing and Customer Experience teams as the 'go to' subject matter industry experts for identified target verticals• Digital-first content creation and on-going management for marketing materials, RFI/RFP messaging, waste papers, sales presentations, digital properties (internal & external), sales education, industry events, etc.• Be an inquisitive and learned student of the business; technically, operationally, financially and most importantly customer-driven; Know your business• Instill data driven decision making as the expected norm not the exception; you will lead by example• Be and be known as a leader within the company and be a role model for the company's culture

• Preferred MBA and 10+ years of technical marketing, vertical marketing or marketing management experience.• Proven C-level engagement experience driving great user experiences that solve critical customer problems• Customer Experience is innate in everything you do, demonstration of this practice across customer interactions and across the customer journey a must• Preferred experience working with B2B, B2B2B and B2B2C Partner platforms• Demonstrated track record balancing the conceptualization of strategic initiatives with tactical execution• Demonstrated understanding of general and financial management, including prior accountability for profit and loss• Experience working with cross-functional and vertical teams, including Corporate Marketing, Product Management, Project Management, Engineering, IT, Operations and Sales (Direct & Channel).
Compensation: $133,000.00/Year - $190,000.00/Year
