Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan and implement commercial plan(s) and strategy per business line 

  • Identify, drive and accelerate RealNet's growth and success

  • Utilize market research and identify, analyze and explore opportunity spaces

  • Implement new customer acquisition strategies along with existing regional FIS sales organization(s)

  • Collaborate with, coordinate and train diverse teams such as marketing, product and sales 

  • Establish and manage long-term relationship with key internal stakeholders

  • Understand the requirements of existing customer segments and groups

  • Track, measure and analyze commercial metrics through commercial KPIs

  • Manage and track opportunity pipelines, plans, quotas, etc.

    • Retain a competent level of knowledge and experience across the FIS products, solutions

    • Attend trade shows and exhibitions

    • Interface between client and GRTP IT team to provide client needs, designs, etc. 

  • Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to provide support during the sales process

Requirements:

  • Passion and drive to change the payments industry

  • World class communicator with excellent sales instincts

  • Ability to work across multiple organizations in a leveraged business model

  • Proven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, work independently and drive projects to completion with minimum guidance and high attention to detail

  • Experience selling to both mid-market (high growth) and enterprise customers in the financial services, merchant, payfac, and e-commerce industries

  • 6+ years of experience in Business Development, Technology Partnership Programs, and Channel Partners.

  • Experience with early stage growth organizations in the payments, software (SaaS) or RealTime Payments a plus

  • Ability to travel 40% to 60%
