Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop, plan and implement commercial plan(s) and strategy per business line
Identify, drive and accelerate RealNet's growth and success
Utilize market research and identify, analyze and explore opportunity spaces
Implement new customer acquisition strategies along with existing regional FIS sales organization(s)
Collaborate with, coordinate and train diverse teams such as marketing, product and sales
Establish and manage long-term relationship with key internal stakeholders
Understand the requirements of existing customer segments and groups
Track, measure and analyze commercial metrics through commercial KPIs
Manage and track opportunity pipelines, plans, quotas, etc.
Retain a competent level of knowledge and experience across the FIS products, solutions
Attend trade shows and exhibitions
Interface between client and GRTP IT team to provide client needs, designs, etc.
Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to provide support during the sales process
Requirements:
Passion and drive to change the payments industry
World class communicator with excellent sales instincts
Ability to work across multiple organizations in a leveraged business model
Proven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, work independently and drive projects to completion with minimum guidance and high attention to detail
Experience selling to both mid-market (high growth) and enterprise customers in the financial services, merchant, payfac, and e-commerce industries
6+ years of experience in Business Development, Technology Partnership Programs, and Channel Partners.
Experience with early stage growth organizations in the payments, software (SaaS) or RealTime Payments a plus
Ability to travel 40% to 60%
