We'll be looking to you to deliver on Western Union’s enterprise partnerships strategy for the Americas region. As the regional expert in enterprise partnerships, you will be jointly responsible with the local business team to deliver revenue targets for the region. You will deliver effective coaching and local pitch support to sales resources, demonstrating mastery of solution selling and WU enterprise products and value proposition, and you will lead local WU efforts to become a world-class sales organization by continuous improvement and through the deployment of innovative tactics and solutions.

In addition, your responsibilities will include Developing strategic, enterprise view of partnerships in the region including segmentation and prioritization of target prospects and collecting local competitive insights Leading local training, coaching, and governance on all enterprise partnerships commercial development processes Identifying local opportunities to accelerate sales and collaborate cross-functionally and with global team on solutions Supporting local processes for pipeline management, revenue estimation and performance management of existing partners Providing leadership for strategic initiatives as assigned, including special projects with a global focus

Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you’ll have:

  • Graduate Degree desired (MBA or Technology-focused) or equivalent work experience.

  • History of Enterprise sales/solutioning or Sales enablement/operations experience with track record securing deals and launching partnership solutions for large, public companies in a complex cross-functional environment

  • Direct experience leading significant change programs

  • History of deep Fintech product management expertise, including substantial innovation, agile, and API ecosystem experience

  • Ability to influence C-level executives internally and externally

  • Demonstrated significant project and program management and change management experience or certification

  • Previous experience of lean and agile working methodologies is also desirable.

Annual base salary gross: $136,000.00 – $190,000.00 The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Western Union’s total compensation package for employees.
