We are seeking a talented Partner Sales Enablement instructor to lead on-site and virtual learning engagements for zoom partners and employees on the Zoom partner programs, Zoom product portfolio and sales best practices. The goal of Zoom’s Partner Enablement team is to enable and empower Zoom Partners with the knowledge and know-how to become Zoom independent sellers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver on-site and virtual learning engagements
Conduct needs assessment, develop and deliver partner qualification offerings, boot camps and train-the-trainer programs
Apply instructional design practices to the creation of presentations, sales guides / resources, and potentially on-demand courses
Manage partner’s learning experience throughout the partner journey, including addressing all support inquiries and follow-up items
Contribute to enhancing curriculum and effective touch points in the partner life cycle
Foster internal relationships to educate internal teams on the value of Zoom Partner programs to drive awareness and adoption
Continually enhance product and operational process knowledge to maintain role as a Zoom channel subject matter expert
Participate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals 
Willingness to flex hours to support global partners as needed
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
5+ years of proven training/facilitation and experience creating content, both on-site and virtual
5+ years of Sales management experience
Create, execute, and manage sales methodology and sales skills global training for new and existing channel partners; support specific onboarding and everboarding (continuing education) training needs, add content to existing programs, develop new content in conjunction with instructional designers, and delivery of all Zoom partner program content.
Strong writing skills to create succinct and engaging training material and supporting resources which include product training; sales best practices; demo and sales guides; learning and training materials.
Presentation skills, and consultative skills necessary
Ability and aptitude to work within various medium to provide training in appropriate formats for specific audiences
Must understand basic learning principles and adult learning theory
Ability to evaluate complex processes and apply critical-thinking skills
Ability to clearly, concisely and accurately convey communications
Excellent skills in PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google products 
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative environment
Fluency in 2 or more languages a plus
Willing to travel extensively both domestically and abroad
Have a demonstrated, proven track record of driving for results
