This role’s purpose is to re-imagine each BiggerPockets subscription product offering, create new subscription offerings with product/market fit, validate the value proposition and price point of each subscription offering, and place an operating infrastructure capable of managing the sales, onboarding, and renewal process. The outputs of this role should translate to increased subscription ARR and customer lifetime value by both increasing bookings and reducing subscriber churn.

Key functions of this role

● Leverage industry knowledge and understanding of the unique problems facing BiggerPockets community members to create a validated set of hypotheses for new subscription offerings.

● In partnership with the Product and Product Marketing Teams at BiggerPockets, create an action plan and implement infrastructure that enables BiggerPockets to effectively test each hypothesis related to subscription value in rapid succession.

● Where hypotheses are validated, propose and/or create scalable operating infrastructure to cost-effectively sustain and incrementally improve each component of value.

● Zero-base current sales and marketing approach, and in partnership with the product marketing team, create a sales, onboarding, and renewal protocol for users across all subscription offerings.

● Leverage existing resources internally and bring in outside help where necessary to implement and then iterate on new sales, onboarding, and renewal protocols.

● Propose and implement an operating model capable of creating value at scale.

 

Requirements

● Clear understanding of the real estate investor community and its unique challenges.

● Ability to visually represent funnel dynamics for a subscription business.

● SAAS experience, or experience with related subscription products required.

● Ability to train and hire a team capable of informing product and technology roadmaps, engaging with customers, selling to customers, managing customer relationships, and supporting parallel business lines.

● Excellent relationship building skills and a genuine desire to help our customers.

● Data literacy, and the ability to analytically demonstrate the impact of your work.

● Demonstrated ability to create and implement new processes from scratch.

● Experience in real estate investing is a plus.

 

Compensation

$135,000 Base, 30% Bonus Target

Location

We are located in the trendy RiNO area just east of downtown Denver. We are centrally located to lots of fun bars and restaurants. We have a modern, open concept warehouse office when you do want to venture in.
