About this Position

You will be one of the first to join our sales team and will have plenty of opportunity for growth! This is a full time inside sales associate position at a growing startup with generous benefits and competitive salary.

The fundraising sales associate mission is to create effective sales strategies for inbound and outbound leads, drive fundraising sales by developing relationships with clients and creating strategic partnerships with businesses.  We will give you the freedom to work on special projects that require out of the box thinking and challenge your creativity. Core Responsibilities

  • Inbound and outbound sales conducted via phone/email

  • Servicing the needs of clients from around the world from the Denver office

 

Job Requirements

  • Solid sales strategy (inbound/outbound)

  • Positive/buoyancy

  • Be organized with how they handle and follow-up with leads

  • Be effective communicator with email/phone/in-person

  • Have extensive sales experience

    • 1 - 2 years real sales experience

  • Be able to create effective sales strategies/programs from scratch

  • Be able to determine what customers want

You are creative, independent and have a love for learning. You have a sense of humor, you're a self-starter, problem solver and love sales. You communicate openly, share your ideas and don't shy away from feedback. You challenge both yourself and others around you. You are ready to inspire people to explore the world and connect with others.
