Job Description

The Enterprise Solutions Engineer will have the responsibility to support the North America Enterprise Sales Team in their pursuit of new business and upsell opportunities by providing subject matter expertise, demo delivery, technical feasibility of the proposed solution, and develop strong relationships. It is important that one have a strong customer-centric mentality and genuine curiosity for the breadth of the customers’ real business challenges, along with the ability to match our growing solution set to solve them. Conga has grown to 11,000+ customers due to our excellent customer success and it is important that you embody that as we continue to grow. 

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with Enterprise Sales Team by providing subject matter and product expertise
  • Help customers and prospects find a solution to their business challenges via our growing solution set
  • Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Engage with customers and prospects directly when necessary to provide support for sales activities
  • Capture all relevant details pertaining to existing opportunities in support of Sales Team and facilitate effective implementation and support via knowledge transfer
  • Travel to visit customers as required


Qualifications


  • 3+ years plus of Sales Engineering Support (preferably in the Salesforce ecosystem)
  • Software demo experience
  • High level of business acumen
  • Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in Salesforce
