This position will report directly to the VP of Sales.
Here is what you will be doing:
- Manage the full life cycle of the proposal response process from analysis of RFP/RFI to final submission of responses with input and guidance from cross-functional teams.
- Review RFPs/RFIs and other solicitation documents to determine proposal requirements and prepare draft and final responses.
- Manage and coordinate the process, timeline, and response for all RFIs, RFPs received from customers and prospects and coordinate responses from multiple internal teams; customer success, content, product, and engineering. Develop RFP response strategy and review sessions throughout the life of a proposal.
- Final proofing, review, formatting, and compilation of complete responses.
- Deploy scalable methodologies and tools (e.g., Loopio) to streamline information flow and re-usability.
- Work closely with Udemy for Business SMEs to develop and maintain database or documentation of standard response content for RFPs.
- Identify and build new processes to improve and scale our RFP responses.
- As necessary, provide writing, technical editing, production coordination, and content development for proposals and proposal related documentation.
We're excited about you because you will have:
- Minimum of 3+ years marketing coordination, sales coordination, sales enablement, project coordination and/or writing experience.
- Relevant experience working in a fast-paced environment, with diverse and global functional teams, using the latest RFP software tools (e.g., Loopio and others).
- Customer-focused, nimble, creative and superb organizational skills.
- Ability to manage complex, multi-faceted RFP responses.
- Exceptional verbal, written and communication skills.
- Ability to manage projects of varying size, scope, and complexity and prioritizing appropriately.
