Who we are looking for;
LogRhythm is looking for an Enterprise Sales Engineer who will be a vital member of our APAC sales team and wider LogRhythm Sales Engineering team. You will lead from the front and provide direct pre-sales and technical enablement to our customers and partners across the region in a leadership capacity. Excellent communication and writing skills in English are essential combined with the ability to make formal presentations and speak effectively in public.
This opportunity will report directly to our Sales Engineering Manager based in Singapore.
Here’s an overview of the responsibilities & challenges ahead;
Responsibilities:
- Work with sales management to drive product and services revenue.
- Coordinate and deliver RFP/I/Q responses and technical architecture solutions.
- Assist the sales engineering teams with architecting solutions, technical presentations, proof of evaluations and technical workshops.
- Serve as a conduit for the team to provide real-world feedback to the various Product Management teams on the product and use cases.
- Participate in Product Core Management meetings.
- Public event speaking to industry experts and peers.
- Provide hands on technical demonstrations to various commercial and technical teams.
- Architect technical LogRhythm solutions that meet the customer’s business needs.
Required Skills:
- Reside in Australia
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- 5+ years’ experience as a direct Sales Engineer, Presales Engineer, or Systems Engineer selling Enterprise Software
- Must have demonstrated experience working with customers, partners and prospects to understand their technical challenges and requirements and to have effectively proposed desired solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyze complex multivariate problems and use a systematic approach to gain quick resolution, often under duress
- Self-motivated and constantly looking for ways to improve both product and process
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment that requires tenacity to exploit opportunities and a steady demeanor to handle challenges
Valued Skills:
- Industry certifications (i.e., CISSP, CCNA, MCP, MCSE, Security+, Network+)
- Understanding of compliance mandates and good practice guides
- Experience in configuring and consuming logs from a variety of sources – network and security devices, operating systems and applications
