Job Summary:

The primary goal of this position is to build and execute a collaborative outbound strategy with your Account Executive to win new customers. Each Enterprise territory will have one Account Executive, one Business Development Rep, and designated target accounts assigned to the geographic region. You will work closely with your Account Executive to develop customized plans for each account to ensure we are pursuing the right leaders at the right accounts with a tailored approach.

An Enterprise BDR, you will make outbound calls, invite prospects to events, and nurture potential customers with a variety of marketing campaigns. 

This role reports to the Enterprise Sales Manager.

 

About the Team:

The Enterprise Sales team focuses on building relationships with Enterprise level prospects through consultative sales conversations, product demonstration, follow up meetings, events, and effectively closing new business. 

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Help Account Executives deliver or exceed territory MRR plan
  • Research prospect challenges and develop/implement contact strategy that increases likelihood of the prospect entering into a sales conversation
  • Develop customized account plans with your AE for each prospect in your territory 
  • Develop and execute outbound messaging, cadence, and strategy to open and nurture sales conversations with prospects
  • Achieve weekly metrics for sales meetings, outbound calls, emails, and text messages to customer prospects
  • Effectively communicate Pushpay's value proposition and how Pushpay solutions will solve customer problems and/or create new ministry opportunities 
  • Invite church leaders to webinars, events, and other educational experiences 
  • Leverage current customers, through leaders, and business partners to add value to prospects
  • Partner with Marketing to ensure Pushpay efforts coordinated with marketing efforts (ABM), are in line with current trends, and that Pushpay is positioned properly to help these large organizations
  • Partner with the Strategic CS Team to leverage referrals from our largest current customers
  • Schedule and participate in sales conversations in a team selling environment
  • Be able to demonstrate our full product offering

  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Proficient with Google Suite, Slack, Salesforce, or related software

 

Education and Experience:

  • At least two years of sales related experience required. 
  • 1-2 years of experience with outbound sales, preferred.

 

Physical Requirements: 

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
