What You Will Do:

This role will be responsible for the initial onboarding and training of customer facing reps, ensuring a successful start to their career with Formstack! 

How You Will Succeed: 

  • Work with the Sales and Experience Team Leaders to establish ongoing training needs.
  • Set employees up for success through coaching, motivation, and learning.
  • Influence training policy and develop curriculum for all customer facing jobs.
  • Ensure a high degree of execution consistency; knowledge retention and effectiveness measured and tracked through carefully designed metrics.
  • Utilize excellent negotiation and collaboration skills and work effectively with peers and leaders across the organization.
  • Create an quarterly/annual “training business plan”.
  • Internalize every aspect of the customer experience as it relates to delivery excellence and relate those aspects back into the training program.
  • Organize and develop training manuals, reference library, testing and evaluation procedures, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
  • Manage and reinforce Formstack’s sales methodology and sales process with our customer’s buying process to understand and enhance what skills, knowledge, process and tools are required by our sales force and partners, in order to increase velocity and conversion rates at each stage in those processes.
  • Conduct analysis of sales productivity and together with Sales Operations, establish metrics and objectives for sales enablement and make recommendations for increasing sales productivity in other relevant functions.

Bonus Points: 

  • Saas/Saas Sales experience or experience in high-growth B2B organization
  • Demonstrated experience in training and/or sales 
  • Existing user of/Familiar with Formstack
  • Extensive knowledge of TV show The Office
