AS MOO Business Services continues to grow and we are now in need of a strong sales leader to take the US teams to the next level.  The role will be part of the MOO leadership team and will be responsible for a team of approximately 70-90 people.  The role will be to help mentor, coach and motivate the sales teams to continue to grow 40% YoY. 

We need a strong sales leader that understands the nuances of leading a large sales organization.  We are looking for a leader that has at least 10 years of experience and has scaled sales teams before.  We are looking for someone who is metric driven and someone who knows and understands the mind of a sales person.  We want someone who is human that is all about the carrot, not the stick.  The ideal candidate will have led leaders before and is someone who can get it done with scrappy work arounds as well sophisticated solves.  The ideal candidate will also fully grasp the difference between the art and the science of sales.           

Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for NA (approximately £30M) and will oversee both the Denver and Providence Sales Teams.  The role will require 50% travel.     

  • Responsibilities include:

    • Target over achievement
    • Managing, inspiring and coaching the Heads Of each region
    • Forecasting for the region
    • Ensure delivery of programs in each region
    • Ensure continued growth in the regions
    • Trouble shoot and provide creative solutions for the regions
    • Participate in the commission committee
    • Deliver commission reports
    • Deliver production reports
    •  Provide insight on performance in the regions
    • Provide up to date narrative on each region
    • Be the face of NA Sales to the rest of the MOO organization
    • Ensure the day to day in each region is being run properly
    • Inspire the US to continue to grow at scalable levels
    • Lead by example
