Greenhouse is looking for a Director of Sales Enablement to join our team!

Reporting to our Chief Revenue Officer, this person will work cross-functionally to identify internal training needs and have a huge impact on the professional development of our Account Executives, Account Managers, and Sales Development Representatives through the materials they create. This is a unique opportunity to help coach a seasoned and high-performing SaaS Sales team in NYC.

What you'll do:

  • Act as a partner to Sales managers, leveraging KPIs and defining success metrics
  • Create and deliver training courses to new hires to decrease ramp time and enable scalable learning for our sellers across functions and segments
  • Deliver ongoing management training to Sales managers and create materials for them to roll out 
  • Manage and optimize our LMS system
  • Develop Sales culture initiatives (events, contests, incentives, etc.)

You should have:

  • Sales training or enablement experience within the SaaS industry
  • Experience creating curriculum and delivering on long-term Sales training and L&D initiatives
  • A demonstrated ability to use numbers for analysis and iteration
  • A high level of integrity and emotional intelligence
  • Prior experience as a SaaS Account Executive, a plus
