The Director will be responsible for overseeing all sales operations for the organization, including providing support where needed to ensure successful business operations. One of the main responsibilities includes conducting a business planning process to measure performance. The successful candidate will keep accurate sales operations records, help modify existing sales operations processes, create budgets, and allocate resources to reach all sales operations goals. Additionally, this person will monitor operational performance and lead business meetings to recommend changes to operations. This person will also oversee strategic sales planning, forecasting at regular intervals, analyzing all sales operations, and modifying them to make them more efficient without sacrificing effectiveness and quality. They work with managers to increase productivity and facilitate sales operations by educating others on their company offerings.


As a Director Sales and Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for: 

  • Operational management of processes, tools, insights and data in and between Sales, Marketing and Customer Success. 
  • Working with Cross-Functional leaders to identify problem areas and pain points between Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product, etc. in terms of systems, data, policies, training and processes.
  • Drive the execution and completion of projects in these areas. 
  • Management of the commission plan creation and implementation in a transparent matter for the sales, marketing and CSM team. 
  • Enablement and training of the sales team, to ensure the necessary amount of process and accountability, while maintaining an efficient and lightweight sales process. 
  • Operational analytics and insights in the business and efficiency metrics, as well as a continuous improvement process to enhance the efficiency of the optimization, especially towards metrics such as CAC to CLTV ratio.
  • Pipeline, Quota and territory planning to ensure the appropriate staffing, training, ramp and quota coverage of the regions and teams to achieve the targeted revenue goals. 
  • Tools – Responsible for all technology used across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Manage Bitmovin’s growing sales & revenue operations team.

It would be great if you have:

  • At least a bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 7+ years of Sales or Business Operations experience
  • Experience with B2B SaaS Enterprise Sales organizations 
  • Expertise in Salesforce, Hubspot, Excel 
  • Expertise in quota planning, commission plan design, reporting and performance monitoring 
  • Experience with sales frameworks like Meddic, Command of the Message, etc. is a plus
  • Experience in sales training and enablement 
  • Positive and collaborative communication skills that excels at developing working relationships with the sales, marketing and customer success organization to build consensus and fostering trust and collaboration at all levels
  • Ability to effectively multitask on a variety of operations projects, be analytical, and pay strong attention to detail
