Director of Inside Sales and Loyalty

As the Director of Inside Sales and Loyalty, you will oversee the day to day sales operations of the Sales Call Center including managing staff, making hiring decisions, facilitating employee skills development, and motivating the team. In addition, this position will be responsible for all loyalty and save efforts within the organization. Developing creative strategies to achieve all sales and loyalty metrics will be key to success within this role. To perform this job successfully you must be able to operate and work in a high energy, constantly changing and evolving startup company environment. Flexibility, reliability and resourcefulness are essential.

We are especially interested in your abilities with some or most of the following: 

  • Promoting a customer-centric environment focused on acquisition of new customers, B2C via inbound and outbound sales initiatives
  • Leading a dynamic team of Sales Managers, Leads and Sales Representatives
  • Ensuring adequate staffing levels, including managing duty assignments, schedules, staff training and development and employee performance
  • Monitoring, evaluating, and taking corrective action in accordance with procedure
  • Collaborating and communicating across multiple teams

Required Skills and Qualifications: 

  • 8-10 years call center experience including both inbound and outbound
  • 5-7 years supervisory experience
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets/budget
  • Interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills
  • Hands on manager with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate staff
  • Self-starter with high capacity to work under pressure and make decisions in an independent manner with minimal guidance
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Commitment to world-class customer experience
  • Availability to work any shift in a 24/7/365 environment

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant experience
