Upsuite is looking for a customer driven, high commitment Director of Growth Partnerships to help us scale national relationships with coworking operators.  Operators are the lifeblood of our marketplace - they provide the office supply we introduce teams to. 

Upsuite already works with the world’s largest coworking operators - IWG/Regus, WeWork, Serendipity Labs, Industrious, Galvanize, and dozens more.  Our Director of Growth Partnerships will deepen and expand those relationships across North America, leading our market expansions, ensuring that we stay strategically aligned with our largest customers, and bringing on new ones.   

Responsibilities include:

- Leadership of Upsuite’s Operator development staff
- Develop / prospect for new operator relationships
- Open new markets 
- Manage large operator relationships
-  Market research and trends
-  Negotiating contract changes
-  Identifying new product or service opportunities 
-  Collaborate with member development, product, and other teams to bring new offerings to market 

The long-term responsibilities of the Director role include joining Upsuite’s leadership team, introducing new products and services to operator partners, and more.
