Position Details:

The Director, Enterprise Strategic Partnerships is responsible for identifying, organizing and managing strategic solution partners that complement and enhance CSG’s go-to-market products and solutions across our target verticals, global accounts and all our lines of business.  Collaborate with regional sales, global partners, alliances, and vertical sales teams to understand market and functional and technical solution needs.  Understand current CSG products and solution portfolios and collaborate across all product verticals to understand current partner solution to identify solution gaps and solution partner needs.  Work with sales, legal, solution and product teams to identify, onboard and integrate solution partners.  Build awareness throughout CSG and our partner organizations by communicating partner solution capabilities, field success and best practices. Structure and govern enterprise partner and solution management processes.

Position can be located anywhere globally, and will require at least 50% travel internationally.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Strategizes and collaborates with sales, solutions and product to identify, evaluate and onboard key solution partners to help solve our customers business challenges across the global organization
  • Directs and manages the solution partner process across legal, sales, solutions, services and product to ensure compliance and that technical and financial requirements are met and partners are successfully onboarded
  • Maps solution partner capabilities into CSG solution portfolio to enhance CSG’s value proposition to create framework for solution development and offerings
  • Guide internal sales and solutions teams on how to utilize solution partners to develop our go-to-market solutions to maximize success in the market
  • Works with sales enablement to manage a pipeline of partner solutions being positioned in CSG opportunities to ensure and plan for the availability of viable solutions
  • Governs and trains partners on CSG products and solutions so that all solutions are positioned optimally for the customer, CSG and partner
  • Lead a team in the management of the partner process for the global organization.  Create a workplace culture that encourages teamwork by selecting, coaching, and developing employees to contribute to the organization’s success
  • This role is accountable for professional working behavior to include; building and maintaining constructive working relationships, implementing proactive and concise communication, acting as a resource to colleagues, and engaging in collaborative thinking and problem solving while demonstrating CSG’s Competencies and Core Values
  • Keeps abreast of all applicable regulations, laws, and policies as they presently exist and as they change or are modified.  Ensures that the staff are trained and evaluated on their knowledge of and adherence to compliance policies and procedures specific to their jobs.  Understands and adheres to CSG Security and Compliance standards as they appear in Information Security, Acceptable Use, Code of Conduct, and other corporate policies

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 10 years of sales leadership with demonstrated success leading large system integration and partner engagements
  • Executive level presence with the maturity and strategic planning experience to develop, influence and negotiate partner solution relationships
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills to reach and educate a wide range of audiences
  • Excellent project management and analysis skills
  • Strong technical and enterprise architecture knowledge
  • Strong knowledge of billing systems and retail and customer experience solutions
  • Experience working in telecommunications, cable and financial industry
  • Working knowledge of technical concepts including operations and development processes, with emphasis on the payments industry
  • Must have an entrepreneurial spirit, be a self-starter, and be innovative
  • Solid commitment to sales and customer service with good initiative and follow-through
