Director, Channel Sales

We are looking for an enthusiastic Director of Channel Sales to be responsible for leading our efforts in developing our channel partner strategy. This person will be responsible for defining the program, attracting and working with channel partners while looking for opportunities to recruit and expand. The Channel Sales Director will leverage their ability to train, mentor and develop partners in order to win business in a growing industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Recruits, develops, and structures relationships with resellers and channel implementation partners
- Proactively leads and nurtures a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
- Coordinates development of sales and marketing materials required for channel partners to be successful
- Promotes TrackVia within channel organizations
- Trains sales resources within channel and attends client meetings with them where possible
- Directs leads developed within the channel to the appropriate sales person within TrackVia
- Participates in TrackVia sales discussions as needed
- Manages potential channel conflict with other sales channels
- Recommends product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales
- Communicates new and upcoming changes to the system through ongoing relationships with channel partners
- Serves as internal champion for partners as related to feature requests and other asks from the channel
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience with recruiting and managing reseller partners, including brokers, consultants, and associations
- Low-code market experience preferred or deep experience with an existing channel
- Proven skill at negotiating and structuring partnerships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with coworkers, clients, members, providers, and customers
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Available to travel 50%-60%
Salary & Benefits:
- The base salary for this position is $135,000, with a $50,000 commission
