Director of Account Management
The Director of Account Management (West) is responsible for providing both strategic and tactical leadership for their teams and portfolio of business. Duties will include offering strategy and support, analysis, and client services where needed to retain and drive advertiser revenue. Outside of AM operations, they also work closely with the Sales, Technical Support, Marketing, and Product to ensure workflows, offerings, and communications exceed client expectations.

WHO YOU ARE
- 5+ years of experience partnering with clients in digital advertising/marketing capacities with a focus on service and driving media performance conversations.
- 3+ years of experience leading and managing client-facing teams. Proven leader in action and thought with client support and management expertise and the distinguished ability to develop, implement, and inspire excellent performance standards.
- Experience developing and implementing account management workflows and strategies to retain and grow revenue with strategic accounts.
- High emotional intelligence in order to best find, support, mentor, and develop talent.
- Skilled in relationship management internally and externally.
- Adaptable to change across a dynamic and growing organization.
- Client-centric with a passion for pursuing service excellence at every turn.
- Data-driven planner and decision-maker.
WHAT YOU’LL DO IN THIS ROLE
- Successfully manage and coach the Account Management - West team (a team of 6, including account managers and coordinators) towards revenue growth, retention, and client satisfaction KPIs.
- Work closely with Client Operations and Sales leadership to successfully manage AM productivity, growth, and opportunity.
- Sit on the Leadership team to help strategize key company initiatives and goals.
- Provide VOC direction and prioritization consult to Product and Engineering teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and training for department and company.
- Report to the VP of Client Operations.

- Partner with departmental leaders to drive the overall growth of Choozle.

COMPENSATION: Base $90-110K with an OTE range $120-150
