What You'll Be Doing
- Principal Accountabilities• Manages and directs the Tech Services group by providing resources, training, and support needed for staff to service internal and external customers.• Interdepartmental strategic planning for technical role as well as with existing and prospective customers/suppliers.• Process improvement/design.• Comprehensive and in-depth understanding of concepts and procedures within own subject area in a professional field. Possesses broad knowledge of concepts in order to resolve issues impacting other areas.• In-depth understanding of how own area integrates within the division in order to achieve business objectives. Understands the industry• This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan. A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow.

What Are We Looking For?
- Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$99,900.00 - $149,288.70
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
