Digital Advertising Specialist - MakeMusic
As Digital Advertising Specialist you will be responsible for setting up, optimizing, and reporting on digital advertising campaigns for Music Brands. This position is primarily focused on paid search ads within Google, Amazon, and social media advertising platforms. Campaigns will also include retargeting, display, and video ads. This position includes 25% strategy and budget allocation, and 75% hands-on research, implementation, optimization, and reporting on campaigns.
Core Functions
- Setup ongoing optimization and management of PPC/Digital Advertising/Paid Social Media campaigns
- Compose, launch and optimize social advertising campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Amazon, and other platforms/tools
- Manage ad budgets, A/B testing ad creatives, keyword research, setting up audiences, and optimizing for conversions and KPIs
- Analyze campaign data and report on recommendations and strategy on a monthly basis
- Research digital advertising trends and make recommendations as to how trends may influence and contribute to organizational needs.
- Be experienced with the principles of creating an advertising campaign; composing audience targeting strategies, generating ad creative for testing, and optimizing for increased ROAs.
- Possess demonstrated ability to interpret data for insights and next steps
- Perform digital advertising audits
- Manage multiple accounts and tasks with effective resolution of conflicting priorities
- Actively collaborate with stakeholders to align digital advertising campaigns with ongoing initiatives
- Ensure implementation of best practice guidelines and follow company processes
- Be a team player that is also comfortable working independently
- Driven, forward-thinking, with the ability to come up with creative digital advertising solutions
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 2+ years of display, retargeting and paid social marketing experience
- Google Ads Certification
- Knowledge of Retargeting/Remarketing, Display, and Rich Media/Video Advertising
- Knowledge of SEO, online search mediums and social media and an understanding of how all of these channels work together with advertising
Desired Qualifications
- A passion for music or music education
- Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Music/Music Education preferred.
- Google Analytics experience
- Experience with Asana
- Experience with Google Apps

Benefits
Peaksware/MakeMusic is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is $45,714 - $76,190. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.
This role is eligible for variable compensation including bonus.
