Why You Matter
We are looking for a successful, experienced, customer-data and operations individual to join our Revenue Operations team as a Deal Desk Specialist. You will work with the RevOps team to ensure proper quoting and documentation are adhered to while removing roadblocks for the sales team during the quoting process.
The Deal Desk Specialist reports to the Sales Operations Manager and works closely with our sales, Legal, Accounting, and customer success teams. Through your attention to detail, process oriented mindset and drive to make things work smoothly, you will help accomplish Red Canary’s mission to make security better for businesses of all sizes.

You live to see results from improving and maintaining the processes put into place as well as the results from your support and guidance of current and new sales team members. You possess a strong understanding of business and sales processes, and have a drive to make things more efficient and repeatable.
To note: We are remote at the moment, but we prefer candidates who can be in the Denver office 1-2 times per week in the long term.
Qualifications
- Required: must have experience with Salesforce CPQ specifically amendments
- Required: 1+ years of Deal Desk or equivalent position experience
- Experience building and working with pricing models to achieve accurate pricing
- Experience working with Accounting and Legal to achieve accurate and detailed quotes in an efficient manner
- Experience supporting multiple users with varying requirements
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to process
- Ability to adapt in a fast paced sales environment, while ensuring consistency
- Self starter and able to take initiative when faced with a problem
- Understanding needs of Accounting and how quotes translate to revenue
What You'll Do
- Work to guide and direct quoting process to optimize efficiency
- Assist in creation and maintenance of quoting process documentation
- Work with the broader RevOps team to promote process adherence throughout the sales organization
- Review and correct records for accuracy so that reporting is correct
- Ensure quoting is done in an efficient and accurate manner while response SLAs are adhered to
- Work with Accounting and Legal to ensure every quote is audited and approved through the appropriate channels
- Work with various departments to ensure processes align to overall company goals
