Description
Envysion, a leading provider of video-based SaaS technology solutions for retailers, including fast casual restaurants, convenience stores and wireless dealers, is seeking a Customer Success Manager. As a Customer Success Manager and trusted business partner, you will be responsible for monitoring and engaging our clients to ensure a successful partnership. This includes increasing product utilization and expanding Envysion's footprint through user adoption. You will serve as a customer advocate, driving industry best practices and positioning the Envysion platform as a key driver to the customer's success. It will be your responsibility to ensure customers are successfully using the Envysion application by understanding their business objectives and recommending strategies to achieve those goals.
Responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure regular communication with client contacts on key accounts; provide strategies to optimize utilization, adoption, analytics and ROI
  • Provide initial training for new users, as well as on-going training for existing users
  • Upsell features to support ongoing customer adoption and utilization towards success criteria
  • Provide feedback to product team and management concerning response to products and services
  • Provide insight on customers' needs to internal teams on a regular basis; represent customers' views, requirements and experience throughout the organization
  • Work closely with internal company stakeholders, sharing customer information and escalating issues as required
  • Communicate goals and results upwards, across and to team members to ensure standards are met and customer success is achieved
  • Willing to travel


Competencies and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-7 years customer facing experience
  • Prior SaaS customer success experience preferred
  • Experience using customer relationship management software, Salesforce strongly preferred
  • Project management experience a plus
  • Strategic minded with strong customer-centric philosophy
  • Ability to train using virtual tools or in front of large groups
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office and Google product suite


Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary

  • $65,000.00 - $80,000.00, depending on experience


Corporate Bonus

  • Based on corporate and individual objectives; Up to 10% of your Annual Salary, prorated from your start date
