OnlySky

Founded in 2016, OnlySky builds and operates a cloud-native SaaS platform designed to bring independent ski areas online.  We’ve built the platform to digitize snow school operations and to enable ecommerce and point-of-sale solutions spanning lift tickets and passes, snow school, rentals, and other outdoor activities. We make it easy for our ski area partners to move their sales online, without a large upfront investment, resulting in increased sales and customer satisfaction alike.

Our focus is on small to mid-sized independent ski areas in the US and Canada who struggle to maintain a balance between customer affordability, staffing challenges, and the increasing pressure to embrace ecommerce.  OnlySky is uniquely positioned to help solve these challenges.

Customer Success Account Manager

We have an opening for a Customer Success Account Manager.  This role is both customer-facing and technical.  The person in this role will become a technical expert in the application of our OnlySky platform for ski areas, and will report to the Manager of Customer Success.

In this role you will work with our existing partners (ski area customers) to:

• Maintain and expand relationships within assigned accounts,
• Assist in onboarding new partners and help build their solution as needed,
• Train and support partners as their staff evolves,
• Assist our support team in responding to customer support requests,
• Understand partner goals and help achieve them,
• Expand revenue in existing accounts,
• Collect feedback from partners for future development,
• Understand market needs, and
• Communicate product updates to partners, keep them current on our technology.

This role will also assist the sales team with new partner acquisition, covering technical aspects of sales discussions including:

• Product demonstrations, and
• Technical Q&A regarding our software and its application in specific partner environments.

The ideal candidate would be based in the Denver metropolitan area, or in the Midwest or Northeastern United States, but we’re open to other options as well.  This role will also require flexibility to shift days off to work some weekend days during the height of the ski season.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range (on target earnings) for this position is $50,000-$75,000 per year (based on experience), paid twice a month, and comes with a rich benefits package including:
