Ombud is looking for a full-time Customer Success Manager to join our team to support the retention and growth of our customer base. You will be responsible for owning customer relationships, creating and maintaining executive sponsor relationships, as well as looking for ways to increase our product usage within the organizations you support. You should possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills, be able to quickly establish credibility and build strong relationships. You should be a true customer advocate.

What You’ll Do:

  • Monitor account health metrics
  • Conduct Quarterly & Annual Business Reviews
  • Be a product expert to drive product adoption and able to conduct new user trainings
  • Build out renewal proposals
  • Negotiate pricing and terms for renewal contracts
  • Look for expansion opportunities (cross-sell, up-sell)
  • Navigate the customer organization to build relationships with key individuals and spread Ombud adoption
  • At all times, promote end user satisfaction with our product and services
  • Maintain account benchmarks to ensure customers realize the value of Ombud
  • Manage escalated support queries

About You:

  • 2 – 5 years of customer success and/or account management or previous sales experience
  • Competitive spirit with a strong desire to exceed the norm
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to write articulately and persuasively
  • Ability to independently manage multiple priorities, often under time constraints and with changing requirements
  • Able to adapt and thrive with change
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
