Customer Success Manager
Floify is looking to hire an experienced and exceptional Customer Success Manager who has impeccable relationship building skills and can create a win/win environment for all parties that they work with. This position will be primarily focused on managing the success of our largest and most significant key accounts.What You'll Do:
- Direct the customer experience and strategic account management
- Build, develop & maintain C-level and senior-level customer relationships at key accounts
- Facilitate account renewals & negotiations and promote customer priorities, strategic initiatives, & operational goals
- Manage account strategies and nurture relationships, while building strong relationships & delivering exceptional outcomes for our customers
- Guide the on-boarding, rollout, and account management from closed sale to renewal
- Work with the Sales team to develop strategies to promote account growth
- Develop a deep understanding of the Floify software, the mortgage market, and our customers needs
- Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 OTE

- Travel up to 50% will be required (once the travel schedule is 'back to normal')
