We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to help our SMB customers transform the way they hire!

Our Customer Success Managers partner with our customers to drive success within their organizations by transforming their hiring process. Customer Success at Greenhouse isn’t just about relationship management - it's about digging into each customer’s organizational goals and unique challenges to help them discover how to best use Greenhouse to elevate their hiring strategy.

What you’ll do

  • Provide strategic mentorship to our customers by demonstrating knowledge of products, services, and best practices, ensuring customer happiness and engagement
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, advocating internally for customer needs and feature requests to Greenhouse’s internal Support, Product, Engineering, and Sales teams
  • Work closely with our Expansions team to ensure our customers continue long-term partnerships with Greenhouse
  • Collaborate with high-profile and fast-growing companies to revolutionize their hiring processes

You should have

  • 1-2 years of hands-on customer-facing experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities
