Who you are

 

brightwheel is seeking a data-driven go-getter who can help us drive new customer activation by solving complex business problems and building scalable onboarding processes. You will report directly to the VP Customer Success and serve on the Customer Success leadership team. In this role, you will be a critical enabler of customers and brightwheelers and must thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. The ideal candidate is exceptionally collaborative, highly analytical, and connects with our customer and/or industry. All candidates must be comfortable owning goals and demonstrate our core values: Ownership, Empathy, Learning, & Results.

What you’ll do

    • Develop and own technical and operational strategy of new customer onboarding
    • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to maintain momentum post-sale and drive on-time activation of new customers
    • Identify and implement step-change improvements to new customer onboarding through people, process, product, and technology
    • Build and refine reporting capabilities to drive insights for decision-making and team performance
    • Drive change management to tackle challenges and up-level a key component of the customer journey
    • Collaborate with other internal organizations and coordinate internal resources to effectively engage customers and support the team
    • Use data to identify trends and pinpoint the drivers behind them; effectively and quickly drive decisions
    • Develop and manage project plans, such as the implementation of new systems or process

Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities

    • 5+ years of highly analytical experience in operating roles ideally at growing startups, biz ops roles, and/or consulting
    • Experience at a fast-paced technology company and/or in the education space preferred
    • Experience in a customer service organization and/or management experience
    • Strong analytical skills. You’re an excel ninja with the ability to tell stories through data and make bold recommendations
    • Experience with Salesforce.com is preferred
    • Experience with analytical tools (e.g. SQL, Tableau, or Excel)
    • Strong organization and prioritization skills
    • You are a strong team player who emphasizes team success over individual success
    • Fast learner who adapts well to a fast-moving environment and gets things done
    • True passion for the customer experience and obsession with efficiency and effectiveness
    • Strong and empathetic business partner
    • Executive written and verbal communication, and ability to influence senior leaders
