SUMMARY: EcoEnclose is a small, Colorado-based, fast-growing company that manufactures and distributes earth friendly shipping supplies for entrepreneurs and businesses across the country. We offer our custom printed mailers, boxes, stickers, tape and more. We are seeking a teammate who wants to work with our customers on their branded packaging with a focus on our Digital Print offerings like stickers. Responsibilities would include working with customers to develop artwork or packaging, create printing proofs and answering custom print questions via phone and email. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide excellent support to customers that desire custom printed packaging.
• Educate our customers on our custom print capabilities and help them through the ordering process
• Create printing proofs for new orders and manage artwork for reorders
• Manage the inquiries and pipeline of custom stickers orders.
• Maintain a positive, professional and solution-oriented attitude when working with leads, existing customers, team members, and manufacturing partners.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Must be proactive, self-directed, and work independently and efficiently
• Must demonstrate ATTENTION TO DETAIL
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize, problem solve, and multi-task.
• Prior design experience is not required, but one should have an interest in design, artwork or branding.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator a plus.
• Background in a digital print environment is a plus.
