Position Details:

CSG seeks a Corporate Development Manager with broad M&A experience in either one or all of investment banking, management consulting, private equity and/or the corporate development group of an operating business.  The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of relevant experience.  The Corporate Development Manager will be expected to support the Chief Strategy Officer and the VP Corporate Development in broad based M&A responsibilities including target identification, due diligence processes, valuation, deal negotiations, presentations to Executive Management and Board, and integration.  The ideal candidate will also be involved in ad hoc strategy projects important to the organic profile of our business.  The Corporate Development Manager will be expected to drive value creation within acquired businesses by working with business unit leadership to solve strategic and operational issues across a broad spectrum of any areas including go-to-market opportunity planning and alignment, driving efficiencies and assisting with rapid organizational scaling.
