Contractor, Sales Assistant- Part Time
Description
Processes expense reports for up to 10 sales people. Performs duties required for special projects assigned by manager. Requires a knowledge of corporate operations and policies with a high level of discretion. Exercises frequent independent judgment and initiative.
Specific Responsibilities
- Coordinates receipts, processes and submits expense reports on a weekly basis.
- Communicates with individuals regarding status of expense reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum of (1) years’ experience in an administrative support capacity.
- Internet savvy and computer literacy with Outlook and Concur.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communications, great articulation and a good business presence.
- Team player who is resourceful, reliable, responsive, flexible, organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Must be able to work with limited direction and/or supervision.
- Must have the ability to be flexible with constantly changing priorities.
- Must be able to act proactively and independently to resolve issues.
- Must have the ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative.
