As an Upsuite Client Success Manager, you'll be out in the field, working within the Denver and Boulder market as a full-time employee with benefits a career path, and equity for the right candidate.

Meet clients through Upsuite’s portal or by your own prospecting.  

1. Advance teams and individuals who register on the portal to book and complete tours of new spaces

2. Attend industry events to find new clients

3. Build relationships with companies and teams while sharing your expertise to help them navigate their next office move

4. Use our online tools and our robust Hubspot system to access the latest data and manage your transactions, client information, and more

5. Promote into a senior role based on performance

Skills & Experience

1. Real estate license (preferred but not required)

2. 2+ years in the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) field preferably as a broker

3. Customer-advocate mindset and a commitment to delivering the best client experience possible

4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills

5. Enthusiasm for learning new tech tools

6. Knowledge of your local market
