The Role

Meltwater is offering a B2B client facing role focused on driving strategy with our existing clients. Our goal is to create positive, long-lasting relationships through customer engagement and consultation in order to increase the overall value for our clients.

Our SaaS solutions service over 28,000 corporate customers worldwide, helping them understand their markets, engage with their customers and stakeholders, as well as master the new social business environment.

What To Expect As a Client Success Account Rep

  • A customer facing role with a personal quota
  • Responsibility for increasing revenue by negotiating upsell and cross-sell contracts to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
  • Act as a consultant in order to ensure product implementation & usage
  • Represent Meltwater at client meetings on a regular basis
  • Proactively engage with Client Success colleagues across the region and share knowledge with colleagues in other offices, often involving travel.
  • Act as an ambassador for client development throughout the Meltwater Group.

Important Details

  • Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably, but not necessarily in a SaaS or similar technology solutions environment

  • Compensation: $42K Base + bonuses + uncapped commission (~$90,000 OTE)

  • Open House: August 20th (Monday) - Invite only

  • Interviews: August 27th (Monday)

  • Start date: September
