Client Development Associate Manager

We are looking for a Client Development Associate Manager to work with our Client Development Associates to help them achieve strong results supporting the Client team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop our CPG Client Development Associate team
- Build training materials and on boarding curriculums
- Coach associates from the earliest stages of their sales career to an Account Executive path
- Work with leadership to establish goals and career trajectories
- Establish process improvements
What does it take to be successful in this role?
- 3+ years of business development/sales experience in CPG, Grocery, or related field, including 1+ years people managing preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Master presenter
- Outstanding leadership abilities and proven success as a leader
- Flexibility, accountability, resourcefulness, and ability to work with little direction in a fast-placed startup environment
- A strong competitive spirt with a high team orientation
- Well organized
- Humility and positivity
